If you're using the PC version, you can create him and give him a cyberface - there's one hidden for him if you make the appropriate changes to players.dbf and appearance.dbf once you've created him. Easier still, you could download a roster patch.

If you're using a console version, you'll just have to create him as best you can.

How come he isnt in the game? Beno Uridh (Or however you spell his last name) is in the game...
