I'm currently playing the GameCube version of NBA Live 2005, and I would like to request the 'codes/instructions' to make the Chicago Bulls of 1995-1996. Thanks in advance.

Check out a couple of the CAPs threads. You'll need to create the players yourself, there's no code or method to unlock the 95/96 Bulls.
