im planning on beginning a new dynasty and you can chose with witch team I need to play?

I myself was thinking on 2004 champs Detroit Pistons but you can chose wheter I take them or take another team.

Choose Washington. There a great team- a very young adn talented team full of potential. Keep Arenas, Hughes, Jamison (never split up that trio). trade Kwame for a good center like Jamaal Magloire and put Samaki Walker in it with Kwame. U need a good PF easy trade Etan Thomas, Jared Jeffries, and Steve Blake for Dwight Howard and Jameer Nelson. Get a back up PG in case Arenas goes down, so trade Juan Dixon and anthony Peeler for Tony Allen and Delonte West. so you get rid of unused vets and bring in promising new rooks. Plus the Wiz just drafted Andray Blatche who could be a useful back up for D12 (Dwight Howard) You roster should look like this
