i started a knicks dynasty and want to get better players, but the low ratings of my players don't help and also there isn't any cap space for trades. allan houston's 19mil salary would be nice if i could move it.

If you want immediate cap relief by moving Houston's contract, try working out a trade with the Bobcats.

There no way that you could deal Houston to the Bobcats... contracts have to match within 20%, Bobcats dont have anyone even close to that.

Infact they would have to trade about 6 players for him.

I don't think you have to for Bobcats...they have soooo much cap space...
You can probably package a few guys and get Okafor + Kapono

Wrong again. That only matters when people are over the salary cap. You can trade Houston's $19 Million for lets say Okafor, and it would work because the Bobcats have $20 Mil or so. I did it with Ilgakus (spelling :oops:

) and got Okafor.

When i try to trade 2 players at once it says you cant have more than 15 players. is there any way around it?

i tried the trades you guys suggested, and they didnt work. no cap space for Ilgauskus and the bobcats declined the houston-okafor trade. i can get kapono pretty easy it looks like.

Trade something like Allan Houston, Kurt Thomas and someone cheap that you dont use, for Okafor and two others around 1mil salary, but not anyone rated more than 60.

then you either take away 1 player from ur block, or add one more on theirs..so it can equal...

If it's your own roster, then just release a player you don't need.

If it's the other team's roster that's full, it just won't happen...make a different trade.

how do u get a created player to play for your team? i couldn't do it and it's driving me crazy. also i can't get free agents to play either. what gives?

You probably started a Dynasty game w/ the default roster versus the roster with your created player in it.

Make a created player.
Assign that created player to the team you want to play in Dynasty.
Make sure you save the roster with your created player in it.
Make sure when you start a Dynasty game, it has that roster loaded.

Every time you start a Dynasty it reloads the default roster, so you have to make sure that you have a custom roster loaded.
