I NEED HELP MAKING CUSTOM BOX ART

Can someone please tell me how I can make custom box art.I'm trying to find out the process so I can make some FIGHT NIGHT cover art for my web site.

I know the burden of pressing shift to capitalize is a great one, but c'mon Turing, you can do better than that. I used to type emails in caps like yours, but then I decided that I didn't want a job mixing concrete."

(and I only have Madden 05, MVP 05' and NBA Live 05' blank XBox covers for photoshop, not Fight Night)
