reinstalling and keeping patches

is there anyway to reinstall nba live 2005 and keep the same patches?
i need to do this because i installed a rappers patch and now want to unistall it but i dont know how and cant find out how anwhere. if anyone knows where to do that, that would be great. or just know how to unistall the rappers patch
