Why there aren't any patches like in NBA2004 with scoreboard patches such as ESPN, FOX Sports etc.... or are there any?

there are 2 scoreboards available at gamingaccess.com. espn & tnt.

it defintley works as i had the same problem and then used this link to download the espn scoreboard.
