Michael Jackson Verdict

Other video games, TV shows, movies, general chit-chat...this is an all-purpose off-topic board where you can talk about anything that doesn't have its own dedicated section.

There was one interesting question.. its not about the money... but its about the fame. The trial brang so much publicity that even the jurors will become rich with this... if Michael wasnt famous, then he would have probably been guilty...

The prosecution was just too not believable... seriously if u were drugged, would u have remembered all the specific details?

Even if he's truly innocent of all charges, what he does is still very, very weird. It's a shame, because he was a brilliant entertainer but he's destroyed his credibility and his reputation with all the craziness. Innocent he may be, but he's a very unique individual, to say the least.

A very strange question came out of mind and that was: What if Michael Jackson was a member of the NLSC? I wonder how would he react

For a time he was posting at the old board. That was an annoying time...a perfect example of somebody with too much time on their hands.

I remember that loco.
I still think Wacko Jacko did those stuff unintentionally. Maybe his head is so screwed up that he doesn't know whether what he's doing is right or wrong. It also helps that the parents are willing to leave their kids with that "thing" of a person. He's freakishly white!!!
HE'S USING HYPNOSIS!

I reckon he's guilty as sin but who cares, he lives in the states. They can have him.

only cos he's a rich white guy that he got off

i wonder what effect he had on the jury? did they look at the case objectively or was the jury full of MJ groupies. That's the problem with high profile cases, people's minds are made up before they hear the evidence.

No, OJ's lawyer is dead

There's no reason to  that. Johnny Cochran was a great Lawyer, and he also helped Chewbacca in South Park with the infamous 'Chewbacca Defense'.

Everyone knows that the jury selection was real long... it consisted of santa 'wherever this case was held' village people who probably shouldnt have been influenced by michale before. Being in Aerica and all... these ppl would be hard to find cause evryone prob has an opinion of michael.... so im sure the jury wasnt stuffed./.. the prosecution just didnt put up a good enough case...

still, if michale were to give u alcohol, how would u know what happened afterwards???

I still don't know why he has to have someone hold an umbrella over his head. Is that so he doesn't melt?

Right... so lets draw up a time line here...

Star Wars is coming out, you suddenly become this huge star wars fanatic
Michael Jackson proclaimed innocent, you suddenly change your name/sig/avatar to MJ related things
Lakers win 3 championships... hmm

wait wait... when i was in grade 4... A New Hope was rereleased.. i went with my dad and i became crazed with it! Then that lasted up until grade 7.... In grade 6, Phantom Menace came out and i was the biggest uber star wars geek alive! In grade 9 when ep 2 came out... i was obsessed with it for a year... ep 3 happens to come out and it starts all over again!

With Michael Jackson... its a sign of respect from me. I've listened to his stuff.. i think he was great... and plus from grade 10-11... i was always trying to be like him... I got his greatest hits cd on the day he got arrested... no joke!

With the Lakers, I explained before alreadfy... dnt have time for it again...

They just showed some of the jury members talking on TV... one woman pretty much said she made her decision when the accusers mother snapped her fingers at the jury... I mean wtf you old hag, how do you make a decision on a case this huge based on just one thing that has nothing to do with the actual case.

Another one said "He might be a superstar, but he's also human"... so they were showing sympathy for him due to the fact that he's famous and wasn't balling his eyes out? Wtf is that about.
