Milicic Gets Erased from Dynasty

Guys:

Have been playing (well simming) the PC version for awhile now, and I just came off a so-so 10 year run with the LA Lakers (won 1 champ)...

Anyhow I have a strange incident that just happened to me. I drafted a 7-5" Chinese center (Win Zhu) with a low 2nd round pick and signed him to a 2 year extension (he was rated a 44)

After getting booted from the Lakers for finishing with 30 wins, after winning the champ (as an 8 seed), I got offered a job with the Portland Dope-Blazers.

The LAL released my protege, and when I went to sign him (he had so-so reb #'s and 99 Ins scoring) he WASNT IN THE FA LIST! What???

(Ed Note: in 2nd year, Det released Milicic and he wasn't in FA list either!!!)

Do you know why? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

BTW: No-one signed him...he just disappeared. Lowest FA had a 57 rating...

yep, computer erases the unsigned free agents with the lowest ratings....if you're using Andrew's new roster, Darko has a low rating so if he was a free agent then he would be deleted....

don't know how to get him back....I remember cocobee had this problem but he worked out how to get Trevor Ariza back....

Yeah you need DBF-Editor and a Savedgame/Roster where Darko still exists. Then copy/past him in your Dynasty and be sure to change the Team (not mor then 15 Players allowed).

I made this with Kyle Korver and it works fine.

i don't think you need to have the saved game with Darko still in the roster. Darko will still be in the dbf file, jus that his DELETED attribute will be set to TRUE instead of FALSE. Just change that and make sure his TEAM is set to 50 for FA.

I had this as well, even with someone who wasn't a FA, but in the middle of their contract.

I almost cried when Scott Pollard disappeared...the lynchpin of my team.
