hey, im new here and i was wondering, since i dont like to play live on my pc,(i use ps2), any chance i can create players such as livingston and players who will be drafted this year? i know u guys have updated stuff for pc like draftees and all that. is it possible to make players such as livingston and have it look exactly like him and the ratings stuff? sry if this is confusing

It also has various other players which are not included in the game.
As for the upcoming draftees I don't think it's possible to edit those on consoles as opposed to the PC version.
