I am not aware of that, the H.U.L.K. ( the poster formerly known as 'The G.O.A.T.) made that sig, so you should direct your enquiries to him...

Can I use Yoshimitsu (Guy in Sig & Av) as a Super Hero? He's a Mechanized Space Ninja with a Katana/Lightsabre who helps the poor. He also has a Clan called the Manji. (Y)

EDIT: He's from the Tekken Games, he is a really good guy.
