Is there a problem with it, bitch?

Maybe sweatshops with kids as workers weren't popular then with the shoe companies to keep production costs down.

I love Hakeem Olajuwon and he is definitely one of the top 5 centers of all time and of course those 2 rings give him more credibility.

The Houston Rockets never faced off the Chicago Bulls in the Finals, it might have been a very interesting series though but it never happened.

Like I said before nobody could have been able to dethroned the MJ ever since he got that first ring.

Ok...how you say no one can dethrone MJ since he got his first ring, I disagree. Their best season ever 72-10 record. They still LOST 10 games. The losses could've come to shitty teams or good teams. I don't think it's fair to say that they can't lose period. Anything is possible, then and now.

Listen dude, Beau makes it sound as if MJ's "Dynasty" were unbeatable. I simply mentioned that they could be beat. There must of been a way, it happened 10 times.

You don't need to rub it in, Mr. Obvious. Again you don't understand what I'm trying to say...MJ and the Bulls could've lost any one of those series. They didn't but I'm sure atleast one of those series must of come down to a game 7.

the pacer series come down to a game 7. actually the only game 7 the bulls with MJl ever did play in the 90's ...they were shaky but the experience has gotten them their 6th chamionship 8-)

I just watched a tape of game 4 of the 1995 Finals - The Dream DOMINATED against Shaquille O'neal, even though he was clearly physicly overmatched.

Just in the first quarter he had ten points and five rebounds agains O'neal's
2 points (1/4 fg), 1 rebound and 3 turnovers.

That is how good he really was!

EVERYONE was Dreams bitch....and at that time there was so many athletic defensive big men.....Shaq, Robinson, Mutombo, Ewing etc That's why IMO he is the GOAT @C.

I wonder the destruction he would do if he were in the league now. Who would stop him, damn no one.....although perhaps KG would be best equipped.

10 years ago.. when Shaq was just a young center..

And the Dream was definitely at the peak of his career.
His Spin moves were unbelievable!!

SO - you say that "Shaq was just a young center", but he still averaged 11.40 rebounds and 29.3 points in the regular season that year!

My point is that The Dream in his prime was just better than all of the other great centers of the time, and it is obvious to compare him to Shaq, who is the only great center left (maybe Yao in a couple of years, but i really don't think so).

What impresses me most about The Dream's game is his shot repetoire. He could dunk it, hook it, finger-roll it, shoot three-pointers, floaters, fadeaways - every kind of shot!

You are right my friend. In my opinion that was the most impressive about the Dream's game - his shot repertoire. He was able to do almost anything on the post. If MJ wasn't around at the same time, he could've easily won a couple of more titles.

except for the fact that MJ's Chicago was on the East Coast, and the Rockets had to topple a Western Conference team to reach the finals. As far as I'm aware, I don't think the Bulls ever met Houston in the Finals.

Cy, Beau keeps bringing up MJ. As if there weren't other great players and their teams taht could've stopped Hakeem. If MJ was in Hakeems conference then I'm sure Houston wouldn't of been in the finals. Unless they pulled a rabbit out of their ass. They are in different conferences, he doesnt seem to understand that.

jordan was not around and wtf knows what would have happened if he was. playing the what if game is rather pointless, it never solves anything. for instance, what if john starks didnt totally rape NY of the trophy. like say the coach actually benched his sorry ass as he was helping houston more than he was helping NY.
