hey, Mikki, in place of manual chaning of payer ID's, is it possible to just add a player ID line to those "cdbflite.exe" players.dbf /case /filter:PLAYERPKG=LAROBER /field:OVERALLRT...... lines? or not? and wich one should I change? apperance ID or player ID? thanks

u should change the apearence id following the player id

question. does this works for dynasties only? cause i wanna use it as a roster files. my roster dbf's don't change after i use the .bat files in the roster's directory

so, for example: playerid is 1765, and appereanceid is 1645, I should change APPERID to 1765?, right? hope that will help... Felton is 6'6"

Yesm change the IDs in your appearance template to match your player.dbf IDs, then put the CF's from misow's or Zach's patch into your sgsm folder, and you're ready to go...

BTW guys, I think we need to tone down the second rounders' ratings, simce most of them get to be above 50, which is somewhat unrealistic accoring to Live's (and Andrew's..) rating system...

there's a slight problem with Miscow's cyberfaces and Seraph's draftess since they use different methods for the playerid

For example, Taft's id is CRTAFT in miscow's version and CHTAFT in seraph's version

If you change them then the cyberfaces work

That was my problem...but there are so many players not on the patch such as Ewing or Jasikevicius

Seraph's IDs follow Zach's ones... if you use Zach's cyberface and portrait patch then you should be ok... plus Ewing and Jasikevicius are on Zach's patch...

Misow's patch does that... just install it and you'll get the rookies as FAs... then you can sign them to the teams of your choice...

It can't be done with the templates we're using since every new dynasty assigns new Player IDs to generated rookies. You probably edited the player IDs in players.dbf by some mistake first, and now you have duplicate Ids... My advice would be to reinstall the rookies from scratch...

Last I heard Bynum wont declare, and Diogu has been overlooked. There are a few draftees that's missing.

To add Uke, just follow the template and insert his ratings/appearance and everything else and just add him to your .bat

Yeah you dont change the numbers in the .dbf you change them in the bat to match the ones in the players.dbf, so when you install the appearance bat it will write the rookies data over the correct players appearance.

If it helps the main idea behind this is that we are replacing the #1 ranked generated rookie's players.dbf field and appearnce.dbf field with Andrew Boguts. The only way that the #1 ranked generated rookie's appearance field will be replaced by Bogut's is if the appearance.bat is told the correct field to overwrite.

I was thinking that I would be willing to work on a patch for the next batch of rookies, problem is that there arent many cyberfaces made for those players.
I wouldnt want to do it all by myself, so if anyone is keen to work on it then let me know.

I'm also working on some ratings revisions for this year's draftees, trying to stabilize their overall rating. So far I have suceeded with:

Bogut: 65-69 Ovr

Marvin Williams: 67-72 Ovr

Channing Frye: 55-58 Ovr.

Just save as a .bat file in your dynasty save, include the cdbflite files and execute the bat.
