i think you need a different headshape, the neck is too fat and head or it might be the hair

I think that headshape is pretty close; one of the better choices so far. I think the only thing off; is the eyes.......... But you can't have everything.

Just move the hairline down the forehead a bit and angle up the eyebrows, and it will be perfect.
