What is the average fps on Max details and lighting on for a Geforce4 Ti4200 64mb card in NBA Live 2005?

depends on the entire system (CPU, ram), not only on the graph card...

I got a AMD Athlon XP 2300+, 512mb Ram, and Evga Geforce4 Ti 4200 64mb. I am getting 30fps with light on and 30fps without light. Is this right?
