.I have only one problem with making sigs.I can't make a good background so if someone can help me out or show some nice tutorial,that would be cool.

I can send you one, but it would probably be better for you to learn. Just grab some brushes at deviantart.com and jsut brush around on different layers, brushes, color, and blending modes. But I'll send you one if you want. Just tell me the size.
