I would start Bosh at centre rather than Marshall who is more of a combo forward rather than centre....

Maybe but whenever I place Marshall at PF, he gets less rebounds and usually, Marshall gets 14 to 15 rebounds every night.

Struggling Rose to play along with Shaq

Image

This marks the second Raptor trade this season. Rose was traded to Miami in exchange for Eddie Jones. Jalen Rose was not playing well in Toronto. Only averaged 4.3 PPG, Rose was struggling the last couple of games with only getting 6 pts, 7 rebs and 2 asts in the last three games.

"Well, I know have I been struggling but I wasn't ready for a trade. Rob hadn't told me anything about any trade. He's not a responsable GM. This guy's a mother*beep*in dumb*beep*!" said Jalen Rose. "Harsh words coming from you, Jalen." said a reporter and Jalen Rose responded: "That's harsh? And you don't think trading me away without telling me isn't? You got problems man..."

"This is a next step in my life. I know I'm gettign old for this game (basketball) but hey, look at Kareem. He stayed for 20 years. But this will be a great experience to be around Alston and Bosh." said Eddie Jones.

ughh....that trade hurts....as much as you wanted to get rid of Rose, I feel you could have gotten a little better for him than Eddie who is on the decline....

interested to see how this trade will affect your team....

I don't know about you guys, but I in fact like the trade. Jones' contract is expiring, he's a better defender than Rose and is a more recognized three point threat. Rose will put up some better offensive numbers than Jones, but I think that Rose needs the ball in his hands too often to be effective, and that takes away touches from Bosh, who needs to be the focus of the team. This trade is better for the long term anyway,(Y) way to go man!

Raptors beat the Wiz in Jones' debut 105-100

Eddie Jones is first game as a Toronto Raptor was a success. After playing ten games with the Heat, he's best game this season was his Raptor debut when he scores a season-high 27 pts.

"His first game was great just like DerMarr's first game with us. With Rose in Miami, I wish him good luck with Shaq and Wade. He's gonna have a lot of fun." said Sam Mitchell.

"You may think leaving Shaq is that big of deal, but I'm not the next Kobe. I look forward and I hope we can get to the playoffs this year." said Eddie Jones.
