Gameplay and player models in 2004

Improve the movements of the players. Why can't this game move fluently like NFL Madden 2003 or NBA 2K. Live 2003 seems to be missing a lot of frames. The player models need to be remade. Why are the players so muscular. NBA Players are cut but most of them aren't huge except for Shaq Anthony Mason etc....
