Weird All-Star lineups. Did you choose them?

Sat May 07, 2005 5:59 am

no i didn't pick them, i didn't care for my all-star line ups either, the xbox picked them. I think my xbox is in love with Al Harrington and corey maggette, they always end up on all-star teams, and this is the first time i've seen doneyll marshall do so well

Blazers Tie Season Series With T-Wolves

Image

Ray Allen led his Blazers past the T-wolves with a career high 61 points, making 24/45 FGs, 4/14 3fgs, and 9/10 free throws. Abdur-Rahim and Jamal tinsley also chipped in double figure scoring nights. Rahim had 10 and tinsley added 11.

Ray Allen on his career high in points: "Wow, it was just amazing, I was just trying to keep us in the game and I wasn't even paying attention to how many points I was scoring...to score that many points and to have your team win...magic, pure magic"

Abdur-Rahim on the win: " This was a huge win for us. We've battled with them all season, and to tie a season series with a title contender...well that's just a huge boost for our confidence."

Blazers Release Troy Bell, Sign Big-man

Image Image

The Blazers have announced today that they have released point guard Troy Bell to make room on the roster to sign 7-footer, Jake Tsakalidis. Troy Bell had played 4 games with the blazers this season averaging 4 points and 2 assists per game.

The addition of Jake Tsakalidis gives the blazers a second 7 footer and another big guy who will bolster the blazers front line. The Blazer's now have four strong rebounders and post defenders in, Pryzbilla, Pollard, Tsakalidis, and Fortson.

Hmm.... Well my Raptor dynasty is pretty time consuming, I tend to use up a lot of time and effort thinking up and typing up my recaps, then I would have to upload my pics (I think I use 5 per game), after that, I'd have to make all of the finishing touches to make the recap look pretty and all so I'd say that takes 30 mins to an hour depending on how sleepy I am.

Ray Allen Leads Blazers Past Pistons, AGAIN

Image

Ray Allen scored 36 points in a blazer victory over the defending champions. Abdur-Rahim and tinsley both contributed with 22 points a piece. Derek Anderson came off the bench to score in double digits, and continues to show why he should be 6th-man of the year. He does face tight competition with The Mav's Keith Van Horn and Jerry Stackhouse.
