The Greatest Game Of My Life

Whooa i just played the greatest game iv played
okay 10 sec left im down by 2 i drain the clock to about 4 sec drive step back go for a fade away but i get blockd by AK47 i think its over but then marcus banks throws it up and gets fouled wit ice water runnign thru my veins i make both from the line!!

Overtime 1..we go back and forth for a while but then i get a stop so i run it up get fouled make both now im up 4. but now Ridnour is heating up makes a 3 wit a hand in his grill...i take it back up court try to get it into the low post for a easy 2 but i get fouled make both. next play Ridnour makes another 3. so now we gotta tie with 22 secs left so i get it to vince and drive with about 5 secs left but AK47 is stickin to me like crazy jus couldnt shake had to put up a wild fade away and it missed!!!!.

Overtime 2..exchanging baskets again..but the clevland make a bucket n get a steal off the inbound..so now im down by 4..thinkin whetha to put up a 3 or jus play normal and take wut i can get...i decide to jus see wut options i have..anyway i get fould again i make both..then get a stop on d and make a contested lay up..so now theres only bout 30 secs left they use just about all there 24 and i call a double team thinkin maybe i could force a turn over..but then i realised AK was free and he hit a 3 wit nobody near him...now i got 5 secs to tie it..i bring Szcerbiak on and i jus coudlnt get anybody free so i put up a 3 wit Pietrus wit a man all over him CLANK missed game over!!!!

Very exciting tho..sorry bout my poor typing

i wish all my games were this exciting

Those games are a lot of fun to play. Blowouts are exciting especially when you want some payback, but close games are much more interesting especially when they go into OT. I've had a couple of OT and double OT games in my Dynasty as well, some of them losses. Shame you couldn't take this one, but sounds like it was a lot of fun regardless.

has ayone ever played up to five overtimes yet? i have one game where i end up tih 4 overtimes.....but try as i might i cant reach 5...

I've never gone past triple OT in any NBA Live.

What sliders did you use for the game?

i used fgrep's but i had to change the lay up % and close range sliders

Hi, you had 40 free throws in the game compared to 15, that's impressive.

How'd you do it? I always have less free throws, what style do you play? most times my guys inside lose the ball on player lock or get a shot off, miss and never go to the line.

Post the sliders which get you those free throws if you will.

Also what level do you play on?

just had a crazy game too.. no overtime but it was nuts nonetheless.. i was seattle, computer was san antonio.. 12 mins, superstar, i don't know who's sliders i'm using but im pretty sure its andrews anyways..

at half time i was up by four with lots of contributions coming from everyone. unfortunately for me, nick collison went down with an arm injury early in the 2nd q when he collided with nesterovic. tim duncan could not be contained in the first half putting up 15 points and 7 boards ( 5 of them were offensive ). jerome james was my leading man with 10 points and 7 boards.

midway through the 3rd quarter i'm just absolutely getting shitkicked.. they go up by 15. the only people doing any real damage are ray allen and radmanovic putting up 19 points and 14 points respectively. rashard lewis only has a measly 8.

4th quarter - i put jerome james in the center slot and took danny fortson out.. radmanovic is playing the 4, lewis the 3, allen the 2, and daniels in the 1 for defensive purposes. with 6 minutes left i managed to cut the lead down to 9 with ray allen shooting the lights out from downtown (4/9 3 pt fg) (easier said than done) . tim duncan is stilll kicking my ass though in the inside scoring 37 points, 16 points (15-20 shooting ) unfortunately, ray allen went cold clanking shots and radmanovic was getting his shit stuffed by duncan and mohammed. for the next 6 minutes i started playing a little bit of zone and prevented the spurs from scoring ever again! as i mentioned earlier lewis had only a measly 8 points going into the 4th, but i turned to him when i needed the points and he absolutely killed bruce bowen for 19 in the last 6 minutes! final score was 117-113

Sounds like that was a sick game

I've had some pretty awesome games myself with the Cavs, but in the 9 games so far this season in my dynasty, I've done nothing but blowout the other team. My smallest win being 18 points. My biggest being 53. Maybe it's time I changed my sliders, coz I get bored killing every team I play. It's always tight in the first 6 minutes of the game, then it's gets ugly for the other team. My defense seems to be too good.
