I used to have Dalembert but he missed way too many in close and turned it over a lot too

I think you'd get Dalembert for Claxton and Skinner or one of those. Same goes for Barbosa.

it took me forever to get Dalembert. I even tried to trade a player that had higher rating and with pretty good "interest". They declined, for some reason. In the end i lost a good player. It was a lot of work, but maybe that's what real GMs go through...

I've got the similiar feeling:To get Dalembert,I've tried to trade two players with similiar rating as him and with good interest. They still decline however... :(

Brian Skinner is the member of the original roster?
You've made several trades before?
If you have, describe your trades made before and I'll try.

Make sure you're trading a position they aren't full on.

If you try to trade someone of a position that they have too much of, they will decline even a good deal. If a team has 3 SG's, you can't trade a 4th SG even if he's like 10 points better than the guy you want. They will decline. I've even offered a player better than their starter, and teams have still declined.
