Tutorial: Make a CyberFace?

I want to make my own cybergface to place in nba and play with but I dot understand how to do so. can someone clearly tell me point by point how to do this.

This is a request I got a picture and want to make a cyberface of myself with that. I took the last 4 hours trying with the help of a tutorial video but I noticed I suck at it. I hope that a crazy guy who likes to make these yberfaces wants to make one for me. PM if you want to do this for me
