Is Michael Jordan in Nba Live 2004

Hello everybody, I am thinking of buying NBA Live 2004 PC Game but I would like to know whether Michael Jordan is in the Legends Team. Can anyone please tell me? Thank You very much.

does he play for the wizards in this game as well?

Only if you place him on the Wizards roster. As NBA Live 2004 features 2003/2004 rosters by default, he isn't in the active roster as he retired at the end of the 2002/2003 NBA season.
