I never expected the pacers to take the 1st two games, every lower seed just wants to split those two games.

This was also one of the best playoff games pacer wise I have seen in quite a while, its great to see Reggie finish his career this way.

So much for Ricky's sweep comments  and trust me this lose hurts a hell of a lot more for the celts than it did when Pacers lost by 20. Its hard to get over close losses.

Even more when it's on your home court. Now all Indy needs to do is win all their home games :P

This was a fantastic win. I have had one of the best days of my life today.

I did a dance when Pierce missed that three at the end. What a great win.

Jax played his role beautifully, J-O came through big in the 4th even though he is clearly in pain, and Reggie had a Reggie Miller night. I am so excited for games 3 and 4 and i have tickets!!!! YES!!!

I cannot express how proud I am of this group.

What did ricky Davis say after game one again??

Oh yeah it was something like "With less than a minute left in the second quarter, Ricky Davis turned to his teammates and said, "Let's get the broom out."

With less than a minute left in the second quarter, Ricky Davis turned to his teammates and said, "Let's get the broom out."

I didnt make it but i thought it was funny.

It seems you got your hopes up too soon, IndyPacers67. You will be disappointed for buying the tickets without any purpose.

Yeah after the Pacers win games three and four they'll close out the series in game five and he doesn't have tickets to that game. What a disappointment.

Why would those tickets be bought without purpose? He's there to support his favorite team and he'll probably have a great time no matter if they win or lose.

On the other side you have guys like you and me who are overseas and I don't know about you, but I can't even watch the frigging games on my television.

I guess you get my point.

This may have already answered my question, but im gonna ask it anyways.

Do pistons fans hate the pacers as much as we hate the pistons? I dont know any pistons fans so i dont really know. I mean this is a pretty knew rivalry, and we hate you because you knocked us out last year, and your fans and ben wallace got ron artest suspended for the rest of the season.

just curious.

We arent talking second round, he asked a rhetorical question about if the pacers close out the series in game 5.

I hope the Pacers make it to the second round and then when the pistons go to indy the Pacer fans beat the shit out of anyone wearing a Pistons jersey! That would make me smile. :P

That wont happen because Pacers fans know that the pacers will take care of business on the court, they dont need to get involved in the game by throwing beverages or punches.

Which is why we beat Detroit both times we played in the palace this year
