May someone write me a tut about making a sig with FRAPS

Joe once did a tutorial for FRAPS but it dosen't exist anymore since his server got wiped and he dosen't have any copy of it.
Anyway, I'm using FRAPS and I don't see what you need a tutorial for (but I guess we don't have the versions or something).
