Problem contesting shots.

I'm playing an Orlando Dynasty on Superstar settings with Andrews slider settings(slightly modified to be harder) and my players NEVER contest jump shots. What would I have to do to fix this problem?

UTFSF = Use the *** search function. This problem has been discussed before.
