Missing Cyberface

Hey, I made myself in the game, and put my cyberface in, with all the correct DBF steps, but in the game, he has no face.


What have I done wrong?

I think he has a face.If he hasn't,he would have a pink one.

Then you messed something up in players.dbf and/or appereance.dbf.Maybe you should strat all over again.Create a player,save roster,edit .dbfs,save,load roster.

players.dbf :

Change the ISCREATED(BL), FACEPATCH(BM) and ISGENERATE(BN) to False.
Change his PLAYERPKG(BQ) to the fsh name you've typed.

in appereance.dbf:

Change his FACEID(C) to -1.
Change his ID7(D) to fsh name you've typed.

I tried all of that, but it hasn't worked.

Try setting FACEPATCH to True. I always do that when I add cyberfaces and I haven't encountered any problems yet.

^That ain't nesacarry, I have never done that with a created face and it I haven't encountered any problems either.

I've tested his cyberface and it worked fine for me.
Since he claims that he have done all the DBF editing my guess is that he have simply forgott to load the savee where he did all the DBF editing

What do you mean, load the save? Do you mean load the roster that the player is on?

Any time you make a change to a DBF file you need to re-load the roster. Otherwise the game will use the last loaded roster.

I know. I have done that. I am currently giving up on the problem, unless anyon can give me a one-shot solution to it.

The only other thing I could suggest would be to make sure all the face files are present in the SGSM folder and to double check the DBF to make sure you've made all the correct edits.
