BBall trading card Bogut rookie card

I made this bball card in PS, felt like sharing it. I've got the psf, so i can take requests for players (it's proportioned to twice actual size, so u can resize it and print it out

)

Very, very nice work, C0n4d! My only critique would be the black borders on the side. It doesn't work very well into the composition. I'd actually get rid of it altogether, or make it off to the side and replace the black with grey.

Other than that, excellent work. I especially like how you cut the players out and faded the background to create a certain elegance to the card (looks expensive!)

@cyanide: yea i agree with the black stripes, but i was just tryin to emulate the real card exactly. Im gonna try to emulate a couple different real cards, then i'll create my own design and composition...

WICKED stuff man, really like it. You should award a card to one member every week for like being a good poster or something.

also i was thinkin i could make LiveCards in this style for ppl in some of the NLSC Dynasties....

They're really good, but I'm sure with a little bit creativity you can make much better cards from scratch. I know you're a good enough photoshop user to make more interesting stuff, looks like these cards were just designed in 5 minutes by that company to make some quick money. :wink:
