Reggie Evans, next dunk champion?

This is a guy that can barely dunk (50 dunk, 50 jump).

But in the PS2 version of live he can do all the 90+ dunks, such as the various 360s that Gerald Wallace & Fred Jones pull off.

Is there something i'm missing? I thought the flashy dunks were based off dunk attribute?
