i've downloaded a rostepatch but have no idea how to open it

i've downloaded the patch that give me the option to play with the 84-85 rosters...but i don't have any idea how to open it..so plz, if anyone can give me an idea...thx

open it? or use it? to use it, if its a folder, just put it into your c:/my documents/nba live 2005/saves folder

What do you exactly mean ? I don't really understand because your question isn't very detailed... All I can say is, if you've extracted the file at the saves folder, launch the game and load the rosters. Hope this helps.
