You can't tell shit by weight. You have to know the person activity level too.
I go to the gym and eat extremely clean.
One of the same, here. 6' 1", well maybe 6' 2", and 209lbs. Gym keeps you in shape if you show consistency, and eat regularly and cleanly.
Just don't ovedo it at the gym, or you just might get too much muscle bulk for your own liking... after I saw my biceps in a photo of me by the beach two years ago I decided to cut down on lifting.. I was getting all balooned up... Now I'm trimmer and more presentable...
As far as food is concerned, I'm 24 years old and have been completely avoiding fried food and sweets for the past 6 years... Well, maybe a chocolate a month or something, but discipline in food consumption really helps.
Also, if you work out and try to get bigger, I would recommend using a daily exercise routine no more than 60 minutes long, and eat 5 - 7 small to medium meals a day, if you have the time or inclination that is...
And a final thing. I started working out at 16 and have been doing it ever since... I am now working full time, sometimes even on weekends, but I still find the time for exercise, 1.5 hours per day minimum. Those who work out can understand what kind of an addiction self-improvement can be, and those who do not are missing out on a great way to improve themeselves physically and mentally... So my advice would be to always find time to work your body out, no matter what, it's a great boost in confidence and mental strenth...
