"When Wiggers Go Wrong"

That sucks big time.. When you've been exposed to higher literary thinking in English, it can really screw your head up, and I'm pretty sure that Nick guy played a large role in the influence in the way he sees life (i.e. the reference to Nietzsche). Man, I know somebody who got her head screwed up because of English courses and literary theory.

Wow, that's a pretty sad read.

I think this is not true, he simply wants to get out of the business in order not to get caught by the cops and to let people forget his name. I would bet 100 bucks that this is not true.

You'd have to have a hundred dollars to be able to bet it you pauper.

I don't know if the guy actually did it or not but there are some clear philosophical truths behind his words...
Some people find living a constant struggle against themselves , a struggle thay can never escape totally, only temporarily postpone...
It is sad, but also true, that life for some is pointless and death the only certainty. Nietchean theories portary this as a fact, but do not encourage abandonment of effort, even against all odds.
Those who have it in their blood to fight and become better through adversity, thrive in this environment. Those who do not, find themselves completely shut out, comlpetely severed from their own selves, in a state between existence and non-existence...
Strange are the mysteries of the human mind and the things they make men do, but no matter what someone believes in, there is always one rule that should never be forgotten: " Always live another day...."

I thought you were a lawyer or something. Not a psychologist.

I'm sure he studied it at uni or something, or has just read books on it....I studied Nietzche (sp?) at uni in a Philosophy unit I took when completing my business degree....
and lawyers have to be part-psychologists anyway because of the people they deal with....
Sun Mar 13, 2005 2:01 pm
Ive been advised to study to become a barrister but to take psycology as a subject...

have a cry you annoying little tool. Go back to ranting about how ghetto your life has been, at least then I don't have to think about some 10 year old trying to act holier than thou.

What should that snobish answer be? You don't even know if I have 100 dollars or not, or even much more than hundred bucks. I'm not poor and I'm not rich, but I always have 100 bucks in my billfold.
So don't talk about what you don't know and can't know.

Heh, you're right on the money there, And... errr.... X. I did not take pure psychology classes at uni but I like the subject of the human cognitive processes so I study them when I have the time.
And yes, you need some basic knowledge in psychology if you are going to deal with some people in my line of work.... There was this case last week where a guy was going to lose a piece of property due to tax evasion, so he hired a bulldozer to level his property, his house on it, and the whole damn cliffside wherever anything was built!!! After he got charged for destruction of property, now he's blaming it all on the bulldozer operator... Go figure

If you've studied law I will shoot myself in the head, twice.
