for the people who both has nba live 2005 and espn 2k5 please give me some advice on which game i should get. i found it funny that espn(the leading name in sports) don't have thier roster but have good graphic for the game and for ea sport(a game devolping company) has bad graphics but updated rosters. so if u have any idea about which 1 i should buy please give me some advice.

Nba live is a much better game! ... plus having the dunk contest etc... is a nice bonus

thanks for ur response.

i was thinking the same thing. nba live has more features thatn 2k5. does 2k5 have anything that live doesn't

Yes, it has 24/7 mode. To me, features are just that, features. What makes or breaks a sports game is how it plays, and to be honest, Live this year is terrible. If you have live 2004, I suggest getting ESPN. The gameplay is leaps and bounds ahead of live.

yea, and it's a lot cheaper right

Thu Mar 10, 2005 8:48 am

Yeah, it was only $50 here compared to $90 for live, I think its$20 in the United States... so why pay double for less than half in return?

yea, i guess i'm going with ESPN. no disrespect to live fans because i rented it and had a lot of fun but i wanna see how 2k5 works out.

Good luck with it, and if you do a dynasty with it, post it here at other games :) I'll be posting my espn one soon

yup, it started as the sega NBA 2k series for the dreamcast.

Then they revised the series to ESPN for 2k5.
