JERSEYS
1. First off open up the Jersey Raptor, Open up the team which jersey you are going to change, (For Example I am going replace Seattle's 67 home jersey to put on Seattle's classic jersey by Conr4d)

2. Once you've open the file, click on texture0:buni, then click on export and click on open and save for backup.

3. Now you've have save the backup it's time to extract the jersey, click on Load, and choose your jersey, then press the button Import. I should have worked if it said:

4. Now you have to do the same steps to the other jersey files, (example seatc67hr.fsh) But resize the jersey to 16 X 16 because the Raptor does not resize.
NUMBERS
1. Ok, now you have finished the jerseys now to change the number position. First click on seatc67.fsh(example) and then click on number posititions.
2. Now click on X for vertical and Y for horizontal, now only the top-left quarter of the box is the size of the numbers. For the X and Y the bigger the number the further the number will go.

3. You can change the number files on eagraph, and also preview the jersey on NBA Live and there you go!
