OMFG I'm so happy!!!
I went to see the Lakers and they won!!!!
Fuck this is the best!!!
I'll post some pictures!!! YAY!!!
It's a crazy feeling, when you enter the arena and BAM all these palyers that you see on TV, it's strange man.... guess I'm just not used to it!!
It was a great game, pretty close in the first 3 quarters but in the end the Lakers went on a nice run.
Kobe did some nice assists and one AMAZING up and under.
Lamar did a nice lay-up, he streched like hell and avoided the defender...
Chris Mihm grabed seven thousand rebounds, and did a nice put-back dunk.
It was COOOOOL.

I'm sorry for the size, don't know how to make em smaller...

Nice pictures.. must be exciting! The only NBA game I've seen was an exhibition game in Edmonton between the Vancouver Grizzlies and the Toronto Raptors. I saw Carter make a dunk, and that's all the highlight I ever wanted to see

And, man, I now really admire you: You saw Ricky Davis in real life!

I'm not entirely sure about this one, but I think they call them "planes"
Fri Feb 25, 2005 8:02 pm
You mean its possible to travel from country to country now by air?
Yeh right, in some kind of magical flying object.

OK, that's clear, but did he fly there only for one game? That was the question actually.
Fri Feb 25, 2005 11:46 pm
man, you make me so jealous. the only games i've watched are college ball here.
Sat Feb 26, 2005 12:33 am
The only game I've seen was not a long time ago, it was with Sarunas Jasikevicius, when Maccabi Tel-Aviv defeated Hapoel Tel-Aviv 97-67 after a tie at 59, on 02/06/05. Jasikevicius played against Iverson & Co. at the Olympics.

Man, if you could only read...He said in the "I'll be away" thread that he was going to L.A. to visit his cousin or some relative and he was going to the Lakers-Celts game.

I haven't been to that thread, that's why I didn't know. Thanks.

Nice rep you're building ONYX man!!
Whatever, Drex is right, I was visiting my cousin and as an extra (a very large one) got to see the Lakers game.

I'm from Chile, yes, but I lived there for 2 years when I was just a baby.
We have a lot of family up there, so I get to go a lot.

How much did your tickets end up costing?
Sat Feb 26, 2005 10:52 am
The tickets costed $104 US dollars each.
But, BELIEVE ME, they were worth it. You'll never go to a show like that, it is just amazing.
Sat Feb 26, 2005 10:56 am
I've been to about 3 or 4 Sixers games, all good experiences. Good to hear that more people are seeing games.
