Madden NFL 2002

I'd like to play this game but it really seems not compatible under Windows XP. Has anyone a tip to make it work correctly?

BECAUSE I BOUGHT THAT FORKING VERSION SO I WANNA PLAY IT . You have weird ways to react, if a game doesn't work, buy the newer version No, no, just kidding, indeed, I think that 2002 is good enough for me, as I'm not really focused in NFL and the CPU specs fit perfectly with my computer.

Indeed I can launch the game but in the menus the loading time is waaay too long. I noticed on the Madden 2002 site that there were 2 patchs, among them one was correcting the Windows XP compatibility. The problem is that you can only get this patch via auto-update and every time I try it, it says there's nothing to update Maybe they removed the file as it's pretty old now.

I also get the loong loading times. I thought it was normal . Like Tales said, get a newer version Or you could try to find the patch in the EA FTP, or some Madden site

What is EA FTP location? I tried to find some Madden NFL sites, a la nba-live.com ; but didn't found anything that interesting

edit: Don't know if it's the EA FTP, but there's nothing for Madden 2002 :'(
