Just download ABC, it's pretty fast. I don't have any special settings, and am downloading each video with at least 30 KB/s.

I recorded the slam dunk contest on vhs. once my pops brings some hardware from work I will make a mpeg mix from it

ONYX, you should stop posting about illegal downloading (torrent) as it's against the rules of these forums. I know other people have mentioned it before you and almost everyone uses it, but it's still illegal and I thought you were going to change your posting behaviour after that 1000th. :lol:

First, a fact, Bittorrent is not illegal.

Seconldly, there are people who dont have resources to see TNT and other fancy sports channels, I live in eastern europe and do NOT have such options even through cable.

And yes, I see NOTHING wrong in me seeing the all stars game couple of days later thanks to torrent, Ive been the fan of the sports for ten years now and after all the dedication Ive given to following NBA I dont feel even slightest guilt in getting to see NBA games couple days after airing thanks to torrent.

In general rules, yes you can call that act illegal, but really, come on... Its not like Im downloading games and software through torrent.

As far as torrent legality is conserned, it is used by companies as a network sharing option, sending whole databases from office to office (since it doesnt require one file).

But yeah, Id pay for TNT if I could, but it aint an option. So Ill give torrents a go.

Torrent itself is not illegal, but you cannot reproduce and redistribute NBA games without "express written consent of the NBA."

So, it's actually exactly like downloading games and software through torrent.

But I can't really say anything, though, since I'm just as prone to piracy as all of you are.

The first set of links CK posted didn't work for me so I looked around and I found this

i saw the clips ck posted on mixmakers. it's on rapidshare and they have a limit on how many bytes are downloaded per hour. you can just wait for an hour and try again

Word, and I downloaded the whole weekend from there. But I saw it all live on some crappy local channel in Israel (Sports 5+). How lucky I am...

I just saw Josh Smith's 3 50's and Amare's soccer dunk on nba.com...

The one with Kenyon Martin was great.
The 360 was kinda great.
The windmill was good

Amare's soccer dunk was kinda stupid. I mean, it was a neat idea and all getting the soccer pass from Nash, but all Amare did was catch it spin and dunk it through. It was a VERY basic dunk, if he did a windmill with it or something like Josh Smith's 360 it woulda been real cool.
