how do you do lobs with gamepad in PC?

Postby yeba on Sun Feb 20, 2005 10:12 am

I just installed NBA Live 2005 on my HTPC and setup my logitech wireless rumblepad. I tried searching and I cant find information on how to do lobs for the dunk practice using my gamepad in this game.

When configuring the controller, there are no configuration for lobs. On the 'dunk/three point' section, only 4 gather buttons and two dunk modifiers are configurable. Where do you set the lobs?

My d-pad is set for calls and the right analog stick is set for freestyle. I tried using the d-pad and freestyle controls and cant seem to figure out how to do lobs. The d-pad and right analog stick works fine when playing a regular game.

Anyone else using dual analog gamepads and figured out how to do lobs?

Thanks.

You should be able to use the same stick you use for freestyle moves for ball tosses.

For some reason, my right analog stick does not do anything in practice dunk s or all star dunk contest. I can do freestyle perfectly on a game.

I wonder if there is something wrong with my logitech gamepad.

I doubt it's your gamepad, but I don't have any experience with gamepads so I don't really know.

nevermind, I am an idiot. I was using beginner dunk mode. The lobs only work on advance training.
