Does AI ever requests a trade like it used to previous NBA Lives and they never seem to make trades with each. I'm playin' dynasty and there has been only two trades and they were in offseason for some players nobody even knows. What about major trades and such, its really wierd? and How can I put custom made rookies in to get drafted in dynasty??

They have some major trades, and you get informed about them from the NBA section on the PDA. My last dynasty I only had about 5 trade offers from other teams, in 25 Years, and they were for minor people. And for the last question, I dont know much about, sorry.

I would suspect that might help you with your custom rookie question.

yes most trade between CPU happen all in the off-season....
and most between two rookies or even between 2 sophomores.
But as i remember, the 1st dynasty i sim, i was shock to get a PDA alert telling a blockbuster trade....

The biggest one I had was just Yao Ming who was traded to Dallas, don't know for what though, but they did go on to win the Championship for 5 years or so.

I think the cpu tends to trade more in the off-season trading period than in-season....with all the troubles of the cap, cpu doesn't trade too much....but as I said, it's more likely in off-season....
in my off-season I saw a trade of Brian Cardinal for Jeff Foster, and a bunch of 2nd Rd rookies traded around....

I've never seen a big blockbuster trade. Like some users said, just some minor trades.

same i dont see many trades but i think the play movement works out well. it evens out cause in the offseason a lot of good free agents find new homes. guys like damon stoudamire, bonzi wells, brendan haywood, guys like that...

Just finished my first dynasty season and only trades in the league were two trades i made for cap space...
No offers, no trading between CPU teams at all.. just 5 or 6 waived players and signed FA...

CPU tends to make offers to you when you have room for players and salary. If you have only 11-12 players in your roster, you'll get more trade offers from other teams, usually involving rookies or crap players and mostly during the off-season. I also think the CPU will make more offers if the ones you have made before were realistic. You should keep the players agents happy
Blockbuster trades do exist, but as far as I know they are rare. Never happened to me in 2 years of dynasty + the off-season of the 3rd.
Trades among CPU teams also exist, but not too many/too often. Most of them exchanging benchwarmers, though.

Felipe

Well I am in my 2016-2017 season (I play maybe 1 4th quater a season, and the all star stuff). Trades happen more than you think, but mostly in the summer. You don't get alerted of them, but if you look at NBA news you will see they do happen. The worst blockbuster trade I saw was Lebron for Jamaal Magloire. It was in my 2nd season too, so they weren't even comparable.
I trade right before the all-star break. I look at the rookie-sophmore game and see if anyone good is in the league. I don't draft anymore I just forfeit my picks becasuse unless its a very strong draft the number 30 guy won't do much other than eat your salaries. Just look at the intrest meter and it should be easy to get quality players, also trade vets with 90 ratings in thier 13th season for guys with 82 ratings in thier 5th or 6th. The CPU team always does them, they really don't understand potential

It's somewhat realistic. Many of the blockbuster trades in the NBA happen because of personality issues. Shaq for Lamar Odom? Cmon that would never happen in a game. Ditto Vince Carter, Chris Webber.
And the opposite is also true, some trades that seem perfect never happen because the player's dislike certain team management. That's a major reason why the Bull's can't attract talent. The most famous case was Darius Miles was talking to J.Krause when Krause told him he couldn't wear cornrows on the Bulls...Darius Miles basically told him not to bother talking to his agent anymore.

I've seen the Raptors trade Bosh (if I remember correctly), it was either him or Marshall, for some guy that was taken in the second round.
