Can anyone tell me......

What happens if you do like 10 trainingsessions in a row on for example "Shooting" will the overal ratings of the players go up? I did it like 5 times ans saw the shooting ratings grow, but The overal ratings of the players remained the same.

And what difference does it make if you split the training session points between certain apects for example "offense"and "defense" ? I did that and the ratings did't increase.

I know with the other nba live series the Shooting training sessions led to an decrease in other aspects. But then you would see an "minus" sign. Now there isn't a minus sign.

I was wondering if anyone realy had an answer to this.

For the overall's of the players to rise, you have to go into "Edit Player", go into the player's edit screen and then exit. It's a strange bug. And also in this live (2005) the other aspects do not decrease. Also the aspects like offense and defense help you do things like dribble better, have better awareness, pass, etc. (for offense) and block better, steal better, etc. (for defense)

Yup, they removed that bug that decreased your players rating when you trained him.
And like Fender said, you need to edit your player (just give him a headband (Y) ) and you'll see his rating go up.

You need not even give him a headband. (Although I like all of my players to wear one) Just go to the edit player screen and confirm the changes, although you didn't change anything, really.

Make sure you dont edit injured players. Their overall will go down.

I do it though, for extra realism. hehehhehehe.

is there an actual effect to gameplay if you didn't edit? :?: :?: :?:
