Future Draft Classes

I was just wondering if it is possible to edit future draft classes that you get in dynasty mode using something like DB commander.
example: can you edit the class so that all of the projected top 10 picks have a overall rating 5 better than the would normally have, or all the centres turn out better. i hope the readers understand what i am saying
