court:How to change advertisement boarder color?

Guys,anyone knows how to change the color of these advertisement boarders.I mean, I can't find where the file is located.I guess it should be somewhere in ****std.fsh.Here's the pic to show you what I mean"

You see, It's grey,and I want to cahge the color.Could you please tell me how to do it?

In the file xxxxstd_vram there is an image for otbl. That is the file you are supposed to edit.
To edit the sides you change the part on the far right.
