This is my video card. Is it possible to play NBA Live 2005 on it? Also, if not, is there any way I can get a new video card without actually putting it inside my computer? Like, just plug it in?

lol. And its not hard to install. Comp isnt brain surgery. Everything is (PCI) i think its called. Unscrew the old VGA (75% I say you will not damage it doing this. Its not hard) and pull it out gently (if you knock it couple times its okay =p) And Put the new one in the old ones spot.

But yeah. I have that VGA on my other comp and it works.

Modern(anything since 98) Graphics Cards will be situated in the AGP slot which is at the top of all the PCI ports. As TheGuRu said its not hard, I must remind you to make sure you actually switch off the power and remove any static cables that might be connected to your wall socket.
