old bball game title needed. please help!

i need help desperatly. when i was young i used to have a basketball compter game. i am sure the game was around the the late 80s to the earliest 90s. i think the name of the game had a " champonship" in it and the cover had a laker and cletics player jumping up for the ball like the start of the game.
the game had only 14 teams in it
5 eastern( bulls,celtics,detroit,knicks and one other
western (lakers,utah,sonics, phoenix( not certain) and 1 more
and the allstar western and eastern all star teams
it had all the superstars of the game,jordan, majic,bird,thomas,
u could only play playoffs or a just a match, and there was only one view but it would change ends as the teams went to their certain ends of the court to score
you could do all the players certian mover like
jordan=air jordan, 360 slam dunk
abdul jabbar= sky hook
it was only a 2d game
and is could run on dos
but i really would appreciate it if someone knew the name of the game so i can purchase it or download it again if possible.

I'm pretty sure you're talking about "Lakers vs. Celtics and the NBA Playoffs"

the 14 team thing definetly makes me think Celtics vs lakers, though that game only had 10 teams(top 4 in each conference and 2 all star teams). if you are certain that it is actually 14 teams and not 10 then i cannot help you as i have never seen a game with 14 teams. btw if i recall the full title was celtics vs lakers and the nba playoffs.

There was pc and sega game released back in the early nineties with the name championship in it. I had Championship game for sega back early nineties.
