I like the texture, one of the few with good and even lighting around here, however since I dont know mopete that much, I can only say that the texture is good. Id use a front view of mopete at the side, or even cut it in half and see the comparison to find the best headshape.

But I like it very much, youre doing good work (Y)

One of the hardest ways of doing this is actually moving the eyes on bhed on the texture, finding the ricght place of the eyes texture and pasteing also the bhed texture on top of the eyes texture in the left low corner. If done right, you can get the eyes couple of pixels inside so that no one would spot a difference unless watched really close (this is because of the eyes to nose curve). But such a thing is not easy to do and perhaps finding another heashape would be good. But the above listed method is recommended when its the only option and there arent anymore headshapes. I had to play with eyes and eyebrowline quite alot on my MJ to make it work, but look into it more, you may find even better headshape.

Yes, youre a talented artist, and Id say perhaps the most talented cyberface creator Ive seen on these forums. It is definetly so on your textures which have the best lighting Ive seen yet compared with those "specularity lit" cyberfaces Im almost sick of seeing one after another of those direct photo textures around here, and your work is refreshing thankfully.

Ill definetly keep you in mind if I have some larger modding project in my mind at some point, or if I need talent outside of modding. I cant believe how good modding communities are for talent-seaches, finding people who can really do stuff, and even if most so-called artists around here dont understand well the foundation of texturing and diffuse maps, Im happy to see you do. And its good, very good. Also I like very much the improvement youve made over the original works in this thread (which tend to be those badly lit textures Im sick of :P )

Cant wait to see other work from you, you are doing a fine job :)

(oh, btw, now that Ive said those good thing I dont expect you to show anything below the good level of your latest cyberfaces :) )

Remember that there is a difference between talent and actual current level, but no I dont think those "golden boys" that have been hotshots for a long time have any big advantage. Im taking this from a texture standpoint, and his textures are better than many of those "stars". He isnt Mikki level, whom I consider as the best right now, but he is definetly at the top. Having experience for a couple of years in gamedev, mellomans texturing skill is something many of you should learn from (and I do mean his latest ones that arent just the "updates" of someone but also new players)
