Highschool Basketball game

Me and my friend are determined to create an indiana Highschool basketball video game. So i Emailed DT (ps2rosters.com), and he pointed me here, and said:

To edit jerseys with real high school images, etc and edit court logo's, and game images, you should visit http://www.nba-live.com/download/pafiledb.php and learn how to patch PC files. Look through other's work and try to build connections with people that will work with you. You will need a version of NBA Live and it is possible to edit the PC version and port it over to a modded-ps2 and modded-xbox. To port the PC version over, you will need to talk to people on hacking/console modding forums. Focus on their forums and building a team of people who will work together with you and your friend.

I am fairly new to this, but am a big video game fan. Can anyone reply, with anything that would help me with what i need? Thanx alot, anything helps.

OK, thanx. What would you guys reccomend for the player rankings? I got the highschools from 375, to the top 150 in Indiana, but couldnt find stats for the rankings. Is there a site anyone has seen, or what would you reccomend for the player rankings?

ok, so what would i need to do first? I'm thinking get the half courts correct? if so how is this done, thanx for help.

Post pictures of the jerseys & court...maybe their logo, etc and Im sure someone will be kind enough to make you something.

you want me to post 120 courts and jerseys? I was just thinking about making a few generic courts and choosing the one that fits best. I have the teams nicknames(greyhounds ect.), and was going to put that animal- object at half court. For the jerseys, i was just going to put the school name (carmel, lawrence north). So what do you mean for me to do?

well there were 375 to start with and i cut it to 120. I know all of their teamnames, and center court logos, i just need to put it into action.

i was thinking that, but i never tried designing courts, but its just what i though. maybe PM of the court guys... and they can give you more details.

I have the courts, all of them are saved on microsoft word. How do i get them on here? they will not copy and paste.

You will have to host the actual jpeg or bmp (whatever they are) on a pic host, i suggest photobucket.com.

Putting them in Word wont really help unless you are gonna email the .doc to someone.

Hopped that helped, this is a great idea i would help but i have no patching experience at all.

match, if i emailed the pictures to you, do you think you could put them on? They are 3 stadiums, one big, one medium, and one small. I figured that was the best way to start.

NVM. i was thinking bout nation wide. Yeah yours is goood. You want me to make the graphic that would be posted ingame? Or you just want a preview of the whole courts?
