sigh*
...i hope not. Cotton carter not being there opens the door for someone who deserves to start...t-mac..and frees a slot for people who deserve to be in the all-star game.

If Carter is selfish enough to start and take a place of a deserving NBA player then the NBA should just put LeBron on the bench since he has made as much impact as Carter this season.
Note - I have nothing against Carter but he did not earn this apearance.

The fans voted for Carter, so what else can we do? Convice 1,000,000 people to take back there votes?

Damn Right, people still think he´s great because he won the 2000 Slam Dunk Contest

You gotta remember. People vote for who they wanna see. Not for who is the best. It's a sad, but true fact...
VC doesn't deserve the ASG. He didn't play this season...but since the fans wanna see him, he's going to.

He has done more then that in his ever short career. He led the Raps to the East Finals. He scored 50 points in a playoff game. I don't think he's great anymore, however. He'll have to reprove it to me... tomorrow is his chance to start!

I'm happy for the Raps, that makes the competition more interesting for playoff spots.
And hopefully, he doesn't get injured again.

When? I thought he led them to a win against NY in round one...

He must have meant he almost led them to the East finals. They only missed by one shot...

Yes, my mistake.
Although most of us thought he had no heart, that year was a suprise. He actually played with determination! If he could suprise me (us) then, I'm sure he can do it now as well...
