Eminem and The Source magazine will finally get to settle their beef ... at least in court, that is.

On Monday, New York federal court judge Gerald E. Lynch ruled that Slim Shady's copyright-infringement lawsuit against the hip-hop publication would go to trial.

Hahaha, could this guy be even more ridiculous? He raps about how his own mother filed a defamation of character lawsuit against him, and here he is taking the source to court over releasing a tape of him using derogatiory names regarding the african american race. I wish i was the judge for this

I think making fun of probably the greatest musician off all time Michael Jackson in a video just showed what a weener he is.

whats even more of a joke is that when he gets dissed back by benzino he has a cry about what a target he is for criticism, and now he's sueing the source for pointing out what emeniem said. I think, judging from Eminem's recent shit he's lost his attitude or something since the days of the Slim Shady LP. Regardless of peoples opinions of him, or what he does, the Slim Shady LP, Marshall Mathers LP and to a much lesser extect the Eminem Show were really really good albums. These days he just seems to be another rap clone in the Chingy mode, making pop music and disguising it as something else.

Pardon the Eminem bashing but Ray "Benzino" Scott is full of shit. In some radio interview about the whole feud Eminem explained his part of the story.

Benzino then called up the studio with his version of the story. All I read in his version was "He isn't black, he shouldn't rap."

The whole smear campaign about The Source vs Eminem is because the Source feels they discovered Eminem, the Source feels wronged that Dr. Dre gets all the credit whereas the Source was the first to "discover" him.

The beef with Limp Bizkit? Hardly a beef, mainly aimed at DJ Lethal & Fred Durst after they agreed to doing a song in which they would diss Everlast but backed out at the last minute. After Eminem went thru and made the diss vs Everlast, DJ Lethal was shown on MTV saying Everlast could kick Shady's ass and shit. OSF, i dont care for the people he disrespects. However I see the double standard and total ignorance by eminem. he's been like that with everything, look at his song about his fans, "the way i am" where he acts likes its the fans fault that he is famous. Such a fucking joke...
