somebody can help me with the salary issues?
i want to mdify the salary cap because the teams don't sign any free agent and no teams make any trades.
i don't know how to modify it please hlep me

I cant help you with editing stuff, but i can tell you that CPU does sight and trade players! It just doesnt happen every off-season!
My 1st 3 season i simulated, i got like 2 trades, then in the third there were like 8!
You just have to play and wait.
It is though abit anoying that players who are role players want 25mil and no team wants or can sign them, still want the same when the season started! I mean, would any player in his right mind rather sit and ask for 25mil for a whole season!

The teams can't sign player because they are far over their salary cap. You can only wait 3-5 seasons then most of the overpaid role players contracts are ended and the teams have more money to operate.
It is although possible to edit the player.dbf file and set the remaining years of the contract from players which earn to much to 1. Then this players become free agent after the first season and the teams can spend the money on other players.
