Congrats on making it to the next season! And of course, thanks for putting me in your Dynasty! Too bad Honor Glow went undrafter, it's understandable with all the possible picks...I like my look though...as you can see  I'm on the same team as Shaq! Now that is definitely an Honor...he hehe

Let me know when the Heat and Jersey play each other, I'll be glued to the screen!

1)Are you going to give us updates abotu how our players are doing?

2)When do you play the Clips?

the ones in http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v515/joshuamc172/draft/draftprospects.jpg are all faces from generated rookies. I didn't make them. And I agree- they all look related.

But http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v515/joshuamc172/cyberfaces/joshuacarrpreview.jpg is the cyberface I made for myself, and http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v515/joshuamc172/cyberfaces/mattcavapreview.jpg is the one I made for "The Future".

Honor Glow, I'm glad you liked your face, but, as I said a few posts up, "Ok, so The Future and Honor Glow were both supposed to be drafted in this year's draft, but they weren't. So I was like, okay, I'll just edit their ratings up a bit and sign them to a team. But evidentally the CPU did some house cleaning, because they both disappeared. So instead of doing alot of editing, I just decided to replace players in the NBA I didn't care about with these two guys. So here's what I did.

Matt Cava (The Future) has replaced Chris Kaman on the Clippers (see the preview of his cyberface that I made a few posts up).
Honor Glow has replaced Viktor Kyrapa on the Heat. "

So, yeah. Your face disappeared along with the rest of you, so until I can make a cyberface for you (or someone else does), you look like Viktor. Sorry man, you were projected early 2nd round but instead were assassinated.

I won't be able to post any improvements in ratings, because I'm a dumbass and didn't save them from last year. But I can tell you that Skita went from a 50 or 51 to a 55 this year! Yes, The Future, I will be updating on NLSC player stats. I am going to make a page on my website for it most likely (and I will actually update the NLSC player page consistently). Thanks for the comments, another game tonight!

Can I send you my 2004 Cyberface and could you retrofit it like you did for your cyberface? I'd appreciate it a whole bunches

Anyway, I'm looking forward to Heat vs. Jersey and of course your mid season pstats!

Nets play without Gordon, rookie Worley steps up

Ben Gordon went down with an injury very early in the first quarter and did not return to the game. This could have been a devistating blow to the Nets, but it doesn't seem anything can keep this team down. Rookie shooting guard Cody Worley (Wormy10 of NLSC) stepped up and put down 20 points against the Hawks. Luke Walton got a DNP- Coach's Decision, and it is rumored that he is going to be put at the bottom of the rotation, awaiting a trade.

Lawrence Frank
: "Luke is a great guy...but I just don't know if he's going to fit into our system. We're going to sit down and talk to him and figure out what is best for both parties. He might be traded, or we might keep him on, but if he stays, I'm not really willing to tamper with the great chemistry our team has, just to satisfy his need for playing time."

Other notables: Desmond Jackson (Sbhzmafia of NLSC), of the Hawks, only played one minute, but scored 4 points

I had completely forgotten to post about it, but before the Atlanta game I signed Othella Harrington to a 1-year minimum deal. I was happy with his presence on the floor. (Y) I'm at the first quarter break of the Blazers game right now...been a good game so far.

Nets win third straight, Worley earns starting spot for next game

Cody Worley, fresh off of a 20 point performance against Atlanta, proved that he should get the chance to start on this Nets team. He only scored 8 points this time around, but did all that in only 9 minutes of game time, and also threw in 2 rebounds. In Jersey's next game (@ New Orleans), Worley will be starting at SG, with Ben Gordon moving up to small forward.

The Blazers put up a very good fight, but in the end the outstanding chemistry of the Nets brought them to victory yet again. Ben Gordon scored 26 to lead the Nets in scoring- but the real story of the game besides Worley was the astonishing development of Nikoloz Tskitishvili at the center position.

Lawrence Frank: "Skita just keeps getting better and better. I think if he could bulk up a bit, he could easily dominate nearly anyone in this league. His seven-foot frame and his soft shooting touch are assets, but he can jam it down on just about anybody when he needs to. His rebounding and blocking have improved with every game.....we're really excited about his development."

Honor Glow (NLSC rookie) scored 2 points and grabbed 2 boards in 6 minutes for the Blazers.

Sig is great (Y)

So Jefferson will be moved to the bench now ?
Worley looks good though, putting up some good stats in the limited minutes he has got.

Could you please PM me on how to edit the .dbf files to put your own rookies into the game please?

I'm looking to add next years rookie class in real life into the game.

Game flip-flops back and forth, Nets end up on the wrong end of the scale

Cody Worley proved he does belong in the starting lineup, scoring 26 points and nabbing 3 boards, but this wasn't enough to pull New Jersey to a victory in one of the streakiest games this journalist has ever seen. After a nearly even first quarter, the Hornets came out strong and outscored the Nets by 15 in the 2nd. New Jersey outscored New Orleans by 20 in the 3rd, and then the Hornets sealed the win by outscoring the Nets by 13. Joshua Carr had a season high 3 steals.

Six Nets score in double figures, Full House beats a Pair

Allen Iverson scored 29, and Speedy Claxton put in 17 points and 9 rebounds, but it wasn't enough to lift Philly over New Jersey. All 5 Nets starters scored in double figures, and Eddie Robinson chipped in 12 off the bench. Kurt Harris continued his quiet but consistent contribution off of the bench with 6 points and 5 rebounds. The Nets move to 4-1 on the season.

Ansu Sesay, acquired for the disappointing Luke Walton, played 3 minutes and didn't score. Sesay won't be seeing many minutes, and was only acquired (from the Bobcats) out of respect for Walton, so that he could find playing time. Sesay's contract will come off of the books after this season, so the Nets see this as a bit of an insignificant move.

Donatello, thanks sooo much for promo'ing the Birdie Breakdown. This weekend, I'll match up the color scheme to go along with the game so it looks 'cleaner' side by side! I really appreciate the support....

It's nice seeing it side by side with your Recaps as it shows who's your MAIN MAN(Richard Jefferson no doubt again...)

can't wait to see how your second main man Tskitishvili develops!

Keep us tuned!

Nice start to the season, looks like the Nets could be taking a title.

Keep up the good work, I like reading this one.

I take it your still not playing 12 min quarters.
